Photo Willem Andrée A commemorative corner has been created in Orion to honour the first-year student of Food Technology who died in a fatal car accident on the Nijenoord Allee last Thursday. There is a book of condolences where fellow students, roommates and members of her study association have written their memories of the student and what she meant to them.
The deceased was an international student living in Wageningen. Depending on her family’s wishes, Resource may publish a more detailed remembrance soon. The commemorative corner will remain open for the remainder of this week.
